Home fees
We have successfully assisted dozens of citizens who turned to us to obtain Pre-settled or Settled status. Most have/had the goal of securing home fees for their children. U.K. universities are always highly organized and offer many alternative study programs along with the already tried, tested but also completely innovative ones. That is why they are poles of attraction for international students. However, after Brexit, the tuition fees skyrocketed for E.U. citizens. For UK universities to grant home fees status to an E.U. originating student, they must be able to prove that:
- At least one parent holds a Settled or PreSettled status
- That this parent has (as long as the child is around 18-20 y/o) proof of residence such as utility bills/council tax for at least 3 years before the start of their studies and

FROM PreSettled to Settled
The time already approaching for many citizens who have received their PreSettled status to apply for Settled. The Home office has extended PreSettled status for two more years.
