- Our company is Status London Services Ltd, based in London. It is registered with Companies House under registration number 07297548. It is also regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) under registration number 667396 (hereinafter referred to as “the Company” or “we”).
- Any person engaging with our services (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) must be at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity.
- The Company strictly complies with applicable data protection laws. We do not disclose our clients’ personal data to any third party without their consent, except to our partners strictly for the purpose of handling their case.
- The Company reserves the right to withdraw from handling a case, subject to the settlement of any outstanding financial obligations at that time with the respective Client.
- The Company fully complies with the rules and regulations of the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Law Society (England & Wales) and provides only those services permitted by law. Should you require further clarification, you may contact either the Company or the aforementioned regulatory bodies.
- If the Client has failed or fails to comply with the terms of engagement, the Company shall not be obliged to provide services.
- By requesting any service or subscription, the Client is deemed to have read and accepted these terms without reservation.
- If the Client has paid part or all of a fee and fails to communicate with the Company for a period critical to the handling of their case, the Company shall have no obligation to refund any fees or provide services.
- If the Client has paid any fee and the Company has provided corresponding services, the Company shall not be obliged to refund any amount paid in respect of fees or subscription charges.
- A Client who is not satisfied with the services provided may follow the complaints procedure as described on our website. If any Client or third party publicly makes defamatory statements or acts against the Company in a manner that harms its reputation, the Company reserves the right to take legal action in accordance with the law.
- Any subscription is strictly personal and applies to a single natural or legal person (the Client), regardless of who made the payment. For any matters relating to the subscription or services, the Company will communicate directly with the Client.
- A subscription may be paid for by a third party (natural or legal person) on behalf of another as a gift. The Company will issue the relevant financial documentation to the payer. The beneficiary of the subscription is deemed to have consented to receiving the services, and it is the responsibility of the payer to ensure such consent has been obtained.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse any request for the purchase or renewal of a subscription after the completion of a subscription programme.
- No subscription renews automatically. The Client must take the initiative to renew. The Company reserves the right to notify Clients by lawful means (email, letter, or public notice without personal identification) regarding the expiration and renewal options of a subscription.
- The cost of services and subscriptions, where applicable, may be published exclusively on our website or on affiliated platforms. The Company determines how its services, offers, and pricing are communicated and is bound only by its own official announcements.
- Any document bearing the Company’s logo or details must include the original handwritten signature of the Managing Director, unless authorised otherwise. Otherwise, such document shall be considered invalid and the Company bears no legal responsibility.
- The Company reserves the right to amend these or any other terms in order to protect its interests. However, any changes shall not affect agreements already concluded under previous terms. For example, any change in subscription pricing applies only to new purchases from the date of announcement.
- The Company requires approximately 15–30 days to organise and activate each subscription and to establish a complete client record. This is a reasonable administrative period. Therefore, each subscription becomes effective 30 days after payment is received. The Client is not disadvantaged. Accordingly, a subscription expires seven (7) months after the date of payment. The Company reserves the right to offer additional time free of charge for promotional or other reasons.
- The Company makes every reasonable effort to provide the best possible service to its Clients.
- A Client subscribed under an individual plan is not entitled to request services related to any legal entity with which they are associated in a managerial capacity.
- A Client subscribed under a business plan may request services for an individual. Specifically, the legal representative of the subscribing entity may request services applicable to themselves as defined by the subscription.
- No subscription includes representation of the Client before any authority, court, legal entity, or in negotiations. Subscriptions relate solely to discounts on the Company’s standard fees. Any complimentary services included in subscription plans are explicitly described on our website.
- Terms not explicitly stated in this section but arising from applicable law or referenced elsewhere on the website shall apply accordingly.
- The Company’s fees do not include any governmental or court-related charges unless explicitly stated.
- Clients’ rights regarding the protection of personal data, as provided by law, are fully respected. Clients may exercise their rights at any time, and the Company is obliged to comply with applicable legislation.
- As clearly stated, any Client requesting services or subscriptions is deemed to have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. The Company welcomes feedback and suggestions and may adjust its services and operations where deemed appropriate to improve client experience.
- The Company fully recognises that the provision of legal services requires a high level of responsibility, as it directly relates to the protection of clients’ interests and their quality of life.
